Holla readers! I'm sorry for not updating as much recently as I've been busy working. But I promise I will not neglect this blog :) To those who requested Ayam KLG recipe (of mine..heheh),
here's a special entry for you.
- Salt and Ajinomoto to taste.
- Curry powder.
- Wheat flour.
- Cooking oil to fry.
Chef's note: Too much curry powder can result in your ayam to taste like bleghh..
(ceyhh..siap ada chef's note lagi :p)
- Marinate your ayam with salt, Ajinomoto, and curry powder.
- Heat cooking oil.
- Coat marinated chicken with wheat flour (dry) and fry until chicken turns golden .
Results may vary due to air tangan.
